　　(1)材料准备。道路基层冷再生施工中使用的材料主要有水泥、水和沥青路面铣刨材料、道路基层铣刨材料等。首先，水泥主要采用普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥等。，施工中严禁使用变质水泥。所选水泥的强度等级必须大于32.5兆帕，各龄期水泥的稳定性和强度必须符合相关施工规范，水泥初凝时间必须控制在3小时以上，终凝时间必须在6小时以上。
